Our client, a supply chain company, created a new business unit to assist healthcare facilities to manage and lower supply chain spend.  Several team of clinicians was dispatched to large hospital systems around the country to review and asses existing vendor contracts to find savings opportunities.
 
A financial project tracking system was needed to analyze costs, identify and quantify savings opportunities, track each initiative implementation timeline and assess savings results for a five year period, and exceeded our goal of decreasing overall supply chain expense by more than 25% ($54 Million annualized savings rate by year 5)
 
This financial project management solution we developed was marketed to the prospective customers and existing clients and rolled out to some of the largest hospital systems in the country.
